Batch Calculator
For wax melts, the default ratio is 16 oz wax + 2 oz fragrance. Always verify suitability and safety limits for your materials.
Fragrance follows wax automatically at 12.5% (16 oz wax → 2 oz fragrance). You can override the fragrance amount manually; changing wax again returns to the standard ratio.
Wax Melt Costing
Uses the audited purchase-price snapshot from October 22, 2026. These are historical ingredient costs, not inventory or live supplier prices. Edit any price to reflect what you actually paid.

Wax price is editable. The starting $2.31/lb is the historical $103.73 / 45 lb Pillar of Bliss purchase, excluding shipping and tax.
Packaging per finished package
Virginia Candle Supply, July 2026: $63 for 700 = $0.09 each.
Avery, March 2025: $50 for 2,000 = $0.025 each, before tax. The displayed totals retain fractions of a cent.

Fragrance purchase prices

Inventory (optional)

Soap Sponge Costing
Direct materials only, for your $15 soap sponges. Historical purchase prices are starting points; edit each value to reflect what you actually use. A blank amount means not yet entered, not zero cost.

Conservative receipt-backed option: Amazon 2026, 3 packs of 36 at $36.86/pack = about $1.024 per sponge. Your earlier Lyno Team and other sponges may be cheaper; overwrite this with your actual cost.
Fragrance and finishing
Starting estimate: $1.42 per oz, the simple average of 335 eligible historical fragrance purchase lines (8–32 oz bottles) in the audited price snapshot. Excludes shipping and tax. Edit for any specific fragrance; older saved settings may override this default.

Room Spray Costing
Five bottles per batch, 4.4 oz finished spray by weight in each bottle. Fragrance quantity is provisional until you verify it. All prices are editable.
